Job description:
Build a portfolio of reliable carriers through research and sales calls
Help to expend our network of dedicated carriers to provide our customers with more options and savings
Negotiate and develop new rates and lanes with carriers
Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships
Requirements:
Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred
Strong English, Polish, Spanish or Romanian language skills
Decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Driven and competitive nature with strong problem solving abilities
High collaboration skills
