• Negotiating contracts, transport costs/prices, conditions and services with the customer/carrier;
• Checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries’ regulations;
• Searching the most appropriate route for a shipment of goods, cost, transit time and security;
• Arranging & controlling loading/delivery and warehousing of goods at their final destination;
• Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey;
• Offering consolidation multimodal services, Road, Air and Sea;
• Searching for new customers/carriers and maintaining business relationships with the existing ones;
• Communicating with various departments in the company in the field of problem-solving (department complaints, invoice department, payment monitoring department);
• Preparing reports based on professional activity.

• We value pre-entry experience. It isn’t essential to have experience in freight forwarding as there are other relevant areas that can provide you with the required skills. This includes work that involves customer service, IT or planning skills, as well as general office work.
