Transport forwarding company Express Heroes, which provides transportation services by own transport and subcontractors, invites Key Account Manager to join the team in one of mentioned cities: Częstochowa, Katowice, Wroclaw, Warszawa, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Lublin, and Rzeszów.

Pareigos:

Building a database of potential customers and maintaining good business relationships with existing clients;
domestic and international sales;
active search of new customers from EU countries/CIS;
negotiating commercial and operational conditions with clients;
negotiating prices, conditions and services with the client;
active participation in the implementation of new transport projects;
preparation of orders and documents;
communication with various departments in the company in the field of solving problems (claims department, invoice department, payment monitoring department);
prepare reports on the basis of professional activity.

Reikalavimai:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
perfect English language skills are required and at least one additional foreign language: German / French / Italian / Spanish conversational level, spoken and written;
fluency in computer use and MS Office;
stress resistance and results orientation;
high negotiation skills;
ability to plan and organize your own work and the team of operational forwarders.
