Actively solicit carriers for international road transportation;
creating a database of subcontractors;
conducting negotiations with transportation companies;
building and maintaining long-term relationships;
planning, organizing, and supervising incoming orders;
optimizing operational processes;
organizing advertising and sales campaigns;
preparing reports;
collaborating with other departments of the company.
