Pareigos:

Organization, supervision, and current handling of domestic and international assignments for Multimodal customers;
negotiation of freight rates with shipowners and airlines;
cooperation with carriers and customs agencies: searching for partners, negotiating rates,
supervising the quality of performed services;
active search for and cooperation with foreign partners;
coordination of projects/orders in active cooperation between customers and sales department;
active search for new customers and business development in the subordinate office;
analysis of the TSL market and following trends and active participation in the implementation of new solutions within the Multimodal division;
regular meetings with business partners such as ship owners, carriers, agents;
regular monitoring of orders;
carrying out other instructions given by a superior during a conversation or in the form of a written order;
regular reporting and careful filling in of the NOVA_TMS system in the area of order execution and cooperation with the customers (CRM).

Reikalavimai:

University degree;
min. 3 years as a freight forwarder in a sea and/or air product;
good communication skills in written and spoken English;
highly developed interpersonal skills;
analytical thinking skills;
good knowledge of Office package;
experience in project management and/or international customer service;
knowledge of the TSL industry for SEA, AIR products, and as an additional asset RAIL confirmed by work in companies of the TSL sector.
