Freight Forwarder

• Searching for new customers / carriers and maintaining business relationships with the existing ones;
• Preparation of orders and documents;
• Negotiating prices, conditions and services with the customer / carrier.
• Tracking orders received;
• Review and correction of contract conditions;
• Communication with various departments in the company in the field of problem solving (department complaints, invoice department, payment monitoring department);
• Preparation of reports based on professional activity.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the TSL industry;
• The necessary condition is knowledge of at least one foreign language: English /
• German / French / Italian / Spanish to a conversational level, both orally and in writing;
• Fluent in computer and MS Office;
• Stress resistance and results orientation;
• Fast learning;
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
